Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Affiliate Program Enrolment

To enroll in the Velvet + the Fox Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your website or promotional methods are not suitable for our program.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Use only approved marketing materials provided by Velvet + the Fox.

  • Ensure that your website and promotional materials do not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and advertising standards.

  • Accurately represent Velvet + the Fox and our products.

You must not:

  • Mislead users by impersonating Velvet + the Fox or making false claims about our products.

  • Use unethical marketing practices, such as spamming or cookie stuffing.

  • Engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or brand.

3. Affiliate Links

Once you have been approved as an affiliate, you will receive a unique affiliate code. You may place this code on your website, blog, social media platforms, or other marketing channels. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your affiliate code is properly formatted and used in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Commissions

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a commission of 5% on all qualifying purchases made through their affiliate code.

  • Payment: Commissions will be paid quarterly, unless stated otherwise. Payments will be made via bank transfer.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all marketing materials and remove any affiliate codes from your website or other platforms.

Velvet + the Fox reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or unethical activity.

6. Modification of Terms

Velvet + the Fox reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify affiliates of any significant changes via email or through our affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velvet + the Fox will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Irish state, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

9. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Velvet + the Fox concerning the Affiliate Program.
