Each session blends gentle, supportive movement with breathwork and relaxation, creating space for both body and mind to soften. The live harp weaves through the class, encouraging deeper rest, emotional release, and connection—both with yourself and your baby.
For pregnancy, the focus is on nurturing the body, easing tension, and preparing for birth.
For mum and baby, the sessions support recovery, bonding, and a gentle return to movement—with your baby by your side.
This is not a typical yoga class. It is a slow, sensory-led experience designed to hold you in a time of transition.
